The system offers remote opening and closing functions via the included remote controls, allowing users to control access without leaving the vehicle. The control can be customized to open both gates simultaneously or configured to open each gate individually, a useful feature for pedestrian or vehicle crossings. In addition, automatic closing after a preset time interval is supported, configurable according to the owner's preferences. At the safety level, the system can detect obstacles during the movement cycle and stop operation to prevent damage or accidents.

The installation of the PNI MAB600 involves fixing the motors and actuators to the gate posts and connecting them to the central control panel, with cables that comply with safety standards. The assembly requires compliance with precise dimensions and fixing angles to ensure optimal opening of the leaves and operation without excessive effort on the mechanical components. Electrically, the central control panel must be connected to the power supply and configured to communicate correctly with all accessories, including photocells. Technical expertise or the intervention of a specialist in automatic gate systems is recommended for implementation and testing on site.

A key element of the MAB600 model is the stroke limiter system, which determines the final open and closed positions of each gate leaf. The stroke limiter ensures that the motors stop automatically when the gate reaches the preset stroke ends, thus protecting the mechanical and electrical components from overload. This function also optimizes the repeatability of operations, reducing mechanical wear and increasing the service life of the system. It also contributes to the overall safety of users and vehicles during repeated access maneuvers.

The standard package includes all the accessories necessary to put the system into operation: two remote controls for remote control, two photocells for detecting objects or people in the gate area, a warning light to signal gate movement and a complete set of mounting accessories (brackets, screws, stopper, etc.). The central control panel is supplied with components for subsequent integration with external access systems, and all electrical elements are designed to be compatible with current installation standards.

By integrating a smart relay (PNI‑RG120 or PNI‑RG121), the PNI MAB600 automation system can also be managed via the Tuya Smart application. When this relay is connected in parallel with the control circuits of the gate control panel, it takes over the opening/closing signals. In the Tuya Smart application, the user can initiate opening or closing operations remotely, without using physical remote controls, being able to control the gates from anywhere there is internet connectivity. This functional extension facilitates the integration of gate automation within a smart home system and can also be used with other Tuya compatible devices for advanced control and automation scenarios. Note: The smart relay is not included in the package.
